Coldwell Banker Real Estate has the opportunity to own a custom online campaign on the Capitol
File website featuring strategic and targeted digital assets. The program will serve to generate awareness around Coldwell Banker Real Estate properties among our engaged
online audience, while simultaneously driving traffic to the brand's website and generating high quality leads.
The program also includes traditional print advertising, promoting Coldwell Banker Real Estate to our affluent, sophisticated, and culturally astute readers.
Modern Luxury will work in consultation with Coldwell Banker Real Estate to create and promote engaging online content. The program will run for 12 months and will consist of the following:
Capitol File will produce a custom landing page related to Coldwell Banker Real Estate and Washington, D.C properties, entitled "Home of the Month'. This custom page can feature property information, video content, neighborhood/lifestlye guide, and custom signup links promoting the property or development.
Capitol File will produce custom content relating to Coldwell Banker Real Estate properties and Washington D.C. real estate. Our online editors will work closely with your
team to develop topics that are in line with your marketing goals and objectives. Possible topics could include (but are not limited to):
- The Best Neighborhoods For Young D.C. Professionals
- Where to Buy Your Next Home in D.C.
- First-Time Buying Tips for Millennial Home Owners in D.C.
Each content piece will include a custom call to action to drive readers to the Coldwell Banker Real Estate website.
Modern Luxury will provide ROS advertising to Coldwell Banker Real Estate, utilizing 970x90 large leaderboard, 300x250 medium rectangle, 300x600 half page, and 728x90 interstitial (with 468x60 and 320x50 mobile versions).
Ad units will run across each channel of the Capitol File website and can incorporate rich media. All units will be hyperlinked to the Coldwell Banker Real Estate website to drive traffic.
Coldwell Banker Real Estate will receive dedicated eBlasts sent to Capitol File's magazine's high-quality opt-in email subscribers. Our lists are verified by Claritas to have 20% of subscribers with incomes >$1MM. All dedicated e-blasts have optional a/b subject line testing, as well as unique send times per individual suscriber (based upon time of day that subscriber is most likely to open email) to ensure maximum open rates.
Each month, Capitol File deploys an editorial email newsletter with timely and relevant content for the market. Coldwell Banker Real Estate will receive a promotional edit pieces. Promo edit can promote select sponsored content pieces or general brand awareness for Coldwell Banker Real Estate.
Capitol File will promote Coldwell Banker Real Estate sponsored content pieces to our engaged followers via our dedicated Facebook, Instagram and Twitter social media channels.
