Washington Wizards have the opportunity to own an online advertising & sponsored content program on capitolfile-magazine.com. From now through March, content on a custom-built landing page will showcase the Washington Wizards & Verizon Center, with a focus on players, video content, and promoting the Verizon Center as a destination. The program will serve to generate buzz and awareness for the Washington Wizards' amongst our engaged online audience, while simultaneously driving traffic to the team's website and ultimately increasing ticket sales.
Capitol File will work with the Washington Wizards to create an engaging online campaign, centered around a custom landing page
on capitolfile-magazine.com, running for duration of the program. This page will include video content, player profiles, photos, and
content that pushes the Verizon Center as a destination (such as dining guides). All content on this page will be periodically promoted on capitolfile-magazine.com,
with prime placement in the homepage rotator. The landing page will be image and video rich, and fully scalable for mobile and tablet. Capitol File can also offer
editorial inclusion, with topics such as:
"Player Recommended: Where to Eat, Drink, & Play After a Washington Wizards Game"
"Player Recommended: Best Accessories to Wear with a Washington Wizards Jersey"
"Player Recommended: Sneakers to Help Dribble, Shoot, & Pass Your Way to a Win, Washington Wizards Style"
Final content program can be finalized upon consultation between Capitol File content editors and Washington Wizards.
Online program will also be supplemented with traditional ROS advertising for the duration of the program.
Capitol File will promote the Washington Wizards to our engaged followers via our social media channels. Content can be determined after consultation between Capitol File and the Washington Wizards, but could include behind-the-scenes images, player takeovers, photos from games, etc.

Content can be determined after consultation between Washington Wizards & Capitol File, but could be general tickets promotion, e-blasts highlighting online content, or a combination of both.
