Mega-influencer Emma Chamberlain’s coffee brand, Chamberlain Coffee, partnered with L.A. hotspot Craig’s to create a new vegan coffee ice cream flavor, which launched on June 13.
Made with real organic Chamberlain Coffee, this cashew-based, cold brew flavored ice cream will be available for all to enjoy by ordering a pint online or while dining at Craig’s. The ice cream’s release was teased at Coachella with a pop-up cart for festival goers to enjoy the inspired collaboration.
Craig’s Vegan Ice Cream all began after requests from customers to offer dairy-free dessert options at their restaurant. Thus, their vegan ice cream line was born.

Craig’s wants customers to know that despite their ice cream being vegan, their goal is not to target the L.A. wellness crowd. Instead, they think of their ice creams as “rich, creamy, decadent desserts that just happen to be vegan and that just happens to be good for you.”
Other flavors include Perfectly Chocolate, Kursten’s Peanut Butter Krunch, Sunset & Strawberry, Melrose Mint Chip and Killa’ Vanilla.
