Kendra Scott has built a jewelry empire over the last 20 years, but today she is exploring a new avenue for her bespoke brand. For the first time, Scott has collaborated with an influencer for her latest collection.
Scott teamed up with Emily Travis, commonly known as @champagneandchanel to create the ultimate bridal collection. Travis was inspired by her recent bridal experience and knew bridal jewelry would be the perfect theme for the collaboration.
Like many women, Travis has been a huge Kendra Scott fan for as long as she can remember, and could not be more proud to have worked alongside jewelry and entrepreneur powerhouse on this collection.
We had the opportunity to catch up with both Scott and Travis to talk all about this exciting collection, which officially hits the shelves on March 9.

This is your first influencer collaboration, what made you want to pivot in this direction?
Kendra: Emily has been a longtime supporter of the Kendra Scott brand. Our jewelry has adorned Emily during some of the biggest moments in her life. While on her own wedding journey, she couldn’t imagine celebrating her special day without our brand and had a vision of what she wanted for her bridal party —it was the perfect match!
What was the process like working alongside Emily?
K: Since the early days of my business, I have been passionate about supporting other women and giving them the tools for confidence – whether it’s through my designs, empowering the women on my team, or giving back to women’s and children’s causes in our communities. Getting to work with a young, talented entrepreneur like Emily was wonderful!
What was the ideation process for this collection?
K: For this special collection we wanted to focus on creating keepsake styles that can be worn for the elevated black-tie affair and still be worn more casually every day. Emily and I wanted to focus on incorporating special details from her wedding into this collection, such as Emily’s floral arrangements that inspired the design behind our fabulous Cameron statement earrings. For these statement earrings in particular, our goal was to craft an effortless transitional piece-- from a formal showstopper to a stud with a unique detachable piece.
Why did you choose bridal jewelry for this collection?
K: I’m a firm believer that when you find accessories you love, that give you the extra boost of confidence, the rest falls into place—especially on your wedding day. We were in the process of expanding our bridal variety and it felt serendipitous when Emily shared her vision for her wedding. I was honored to help her bring this to life for her big day.
Kendra Scott is such an iconic brand, how did this opportunity come about?
Emily: I’ve had the pleasure of working with Kendra Scott for several years and it has always been one of my favorite partnerships. While I was planning my wedding and looking for bridal party jewelry, a conversation struck between me and the Kendra Scott team about creating a bridal collection. I remember thinking “this is too good to be true” and it has been the most incredible experience seeing everything come to life.
The collection is named about female figures in your life, can you talk a little about who and how you chose?
E: Several pieces are named after my best friends and bridesmaids in my wedding. The Dede Drop Earrings are named after Dede, my matron of honor, and they are so special because she actually got to wear them on my wedding day.
You have a large social media presence, how do you plan to tap into your followers and fans on launch day?
E: I am so excited because I got to invite all local followers to our launch party in Austin. I chat with these girls over DM all the time so I can’t wait to meet them in person! For everyone who is not local, I will be sharing everything throughout the day on Insta stories and hopefully will be able to answer any questions people have on there.
