In the month of October, the Saint Laurent Envelope reigned supreme, racking up an increase in customer search volume by an astounding 2,296.43 percent. This chic and slim bag is the moment, but it’s perfectly suited for any celebration or occasion you might face in the years ahead.
Likewise, Celine’s Triomphe with its bulky logo clasp was trending heavy with a search increase of 635.76 percent; while Chanel’s Classic Double Flap Bag came in as the third most popular with customers with a search increase of 185.54 percent.
When it comes to overall brands, Louis Vuitton was top among luxury designers. The French legacy house saw interest in its bag rise by 453.04 percent in October alone. Rebag believes this hype was helped by a series of exhibits and collaborations that celebrate the LV legacy.
Just behind LV came Christian Dior, which enjoyed an even higher rate of search growth at 496.25 percent, though LV still saw more searches overall. Saint Laurent was the third-most popular bag brand on the site, so don’t get discouraged if you can’t find the Envelope purse.
Teflar, Burberry, Balenciaga and Bottega Veneta have also seen an uptick in customer interest—although when are those names not in style?
