National Tequila Day is Sunday, July 24 and we’ve rounded up some fabulous specials and hot spots for refreshing tequila cocktails at some of DC’s top restaurants and bars. Whether tequila is your drink of choice, or it transports you back to an infamously raucous night out, these cocktails are tasty enough to celebrate!

Gather your crew to celebrate National Tequila Day at B Live. The bar will be offering $5 off Marg-Mosa towers, large enough to serve four people. Choose from grapefruit, strawberry, mango, and classic margarita flavors. Reserve a table here.

While yes, the name implies whiskey, check out this spot for a tasty array of tequila cocktails. For a spicy sip, try the Green Lantern, made with C+W specialty passion berry Chacho, Midori, agave, and lime. Then, check out the Kool-Aid Caliente, made with Cazadores tequila, C+W specialty passion berry Chacho, lime, blue curacao, and grapefruit.

Enjoy spanning city views from the rooftop of Hotel Zena while sipping on The Stigma. The tequila-based cocktail is inspired by spices and herbs native to Spain. Head to Maiz64 for endless tequila cocktails in celebration of the holiday. On Saturday, July 23, and Sunday, July 24, guests can enjoy bottomless cocktails for just $35 during brunch. Try the Everyday Verde, made with tequila, cucumber, celery, and lime juice, or try a sip with some spice with the Alma de Maiz. It’s made with tequila, maize, lime, and Morita chili peppers. The Hibiscus margarita will also be included in the deal and is made with tequila, orange liqueur, lime juice, and hibiscus flower.
