The Irish family-owned luxury hotel group at the Doyle Collection will kick-off its inaugural celebration of the group’s Irish Heritage at The Dupont Circle throughout the month of March. At the Doyle Bar, guests will be transported to Dublin with Guinness and oysters, an Irish wine geese menu, Irish coffee prepared table-side, and Irish whiskey tasting flights. The Pembroke will feature Irish specialties on its menu, including Hereford beef in Guinness with herb dumplings, Cashel blue cheese with honey and walnut soda bread, Five Farms’ Affogato with Irish butter shortbread, and a daily Irish breakfast. Meanwhile, all guest rooms and suites can expect nightly turn-down services to include a few lines of poetry from famous Irish poets.
